Venue: East Raya Gardens
Finally, the search for the perfect venue is over!
We searched far and wide for the perfect place, reconsidered many hotels, even went as far as Makati. But we always went back to our first choice, East Raya Gardens. I guess, it was really meant to be. This place fits much of our criteria.
1. Budget Friendly
My tito actually lives here and because of that we got the place for lower than anticipated. We initially had a budget of 10 thousand. A bit cheap for party places and hotels, so we went to look for clubhouses and function halls from subdivisions and condos.
2. Wow Factor!
If you want to achieve that mysterious and surprising transformation for a debutante, you can rent the adjacent room usually used for small gatherings or videokes. It's fully air conditioned, perfect for changing and applying make-up on.

3. Decoration Friendly
The photo above is the function room. It has sliding doors/windows great for ventilation if you opt not to get it air conditioned. Along withe air conditioner are ceiling fans to keep the room cool. Curtains are changeable which means you can pick anything that will best suite your theme.
4. Spacious
The place is of a rectangle shape if you don't consider the corner seen in the picture by the stairs. This means that you can be easily seen if you set up stage on front. A much better set up than being in an awkwardly shaped room.
There is also a rest room inside, as well as outside, it's in the corner I mentioned above. It can also be used for the caterer's to prepare. If I'm not mistaken, there are two rooms there, one for the restroom and one for preparations.
5. Location
The location is perfect! I live in Taytay but study in Makati which means I have high school friends who live in Taytay and college friends who live in the Metro. It's the perfect solution! A meet me half way type of place that's easy to go to. Not very far away from where we all live.
